"Frank Zappa is alive. A dancer's gem, fresh and bold, a ballerina on a visit to rocker's heaven."
Hans Dieter Peschken, Rheinische Post
Lotte Rudhart's solo dance performance was inspired by artist Frank Zappa and his musical genius. Fascinated by the dynamics, the directness and improvisational appetite found in HipHop, she experiments with different styles of dancing and means of movement.
"Lotte Rudhart, already being hailed as an extraordinarily talented new dancer by the press, gives us everything at once, showing stage presence, acting skills and formidable technique. A solo that keeps you astounded, surprised and excited right until its end."
Isabell Steinböck, Westfälische Nachrichten
After receiving her dancing education in Munich, New York and Hamburg, Lotte Rudhart danced with the Ballet of the Staatstheater Braunschweig, with the Tanzkompanie Lübeck and has been working in NRW with the Folkwang Tanzstudio Essen and choreographers Rodolpho Leoni, Tony Vezich, In-Jung Jun, Constanza Macras and Samir Akika, amongst others, since 2001.
