Polymer DMT – an encounter at space | lab

A cinematic encounter with the Taiwanese choreographer Fang Yun Lo, founder of the company Polymer DMT and space | lab, a research and co-working space for freelance artists and groups in Essen. Since 2011, Fang Yun Lo has been working with artists from various disciplines on projects in the fields of contemporary dance, documentary theatre and dance for young audiences. Filmmakers Cecilia Gläsker and Julia Franken met her at the space | lab and, in their documentary short film, provide an insight into working processes on site and introduce the people and their motivation behind the projects.
