She embodies all the cast of a production herself, playing with dance clichés and stereotypes in our heads. Mundane problems, hopes and dreams are woven into the illusionary realm of the stage. Brussels-born Caroline Simon received her education at P.A.R.T.S. and in Rotterdam and has been living in Cologne since 2001. There, she co-founded the supra-regional network die.idee // bewegt sich // artist network with the companies Lupita Pulpo (Berlin), Ludica. (Düsseldorf) and silke.z:resistdance. (Cologne) in 2008.
